A blank chart can mean the source has no available data for that metric or period, or that an update needs investigation.
Using your phone? Open these settings in the Songstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
Check the platform, date range and recording version first. An upgrade prompt is an access issue, rather than a missing-data report.
For metrics that require an authorized account, check Profile Settings → Channels and reconnect expired access. A correct public link alone does not grant private insights.
Platforms update at different times and expose different metrics and historical periods. Catalog import refreshes releases; it does not force all analytics to update immediately.
If the same gap persists, send Support the profile or track URL, platform, metric, affected dates and when it last updated. Include a screenshot of the matching platform view if you have one.
