Using your phone? Open these settings in the Songstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
Keep your official artist or label links correct in Profile Settings → Channels. Those links help Songstats find releases on the supported platforms.
Already subscribed or managing the profile? Your catalog is imported twice daily. Sync & Refresh shows the automatic-import status; repeatedly opening it does not make the import instant.
Using a manual refresh? Open Sync & Refresh on the profile and read the dialog before continuing. It can take up to four hours. A manual label import covers up to the newest 200 tracks; automatic catalog import is part of subscribed profile access.
Catalog import finds recordings. Streams, playlist activity and other analytics refresh on their own platform schedules, so a catalog refresh does not force every chart to update at once.
If a released track is still missing after import, send its platform links to Support.
