Linked Profiles is your managed roster. Professional analytics access also lets you explore profiles outside that roster.
Using your phone? Open these settings in the Songstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
Open Professional Settings → Linked Profiles, choose Link Profile and select the artists and labels you actively work with. The allowance displayed there applies to this managed list.
Linking a profile gives you its management controls, rather than requiring a separate Artist or Label purchase for each one. Professional’s broader analytics access is not restricted to the Linked Profiles list.
Review the linked list when your roster changes. Removing a managed link is different from deleting your personal account or a public profile.
If you are trying to fix an upgrade prompt, start with locked data. If a profile cannot be linked, send Support its URL and the message shown.
