Missing tracks, remixes or releases

Using your phone? Open these settings in the Songstats app, or use the links below on a computer.

First check the right artist or label profile, clear catalog filters and search the exact title. A remix or radio edit may appear as a separate recording.

Then check Profile Settings → Channels: a missing or incorrect artist link can leave a catalog incomplete. Catalog import runs twice daily for managed profiles, so a just-released track may not appear immediately.

For a persistent gap, send Support:

• Your Songstats artist or label URL.
• Direct links to the missing recordings, including SoundCloud exclusives or remixes.
• The release date and ISRC, if available.

For labels, say which releases were issued by your label. Adding a channel link is not a manual upload of every recording or production credit; Support can review those cases.
