Playlist and chart activity is checked periodically. A new addition may appear after the next source update.
Using your phone? Open these settings in the Songstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
Check the correct track version and platform, then clear any Activity Feed filters. Profile Settings → Activities controls which activity types appear; Notifications controls push alerts separately.
Catalog imports, playlist checks and chart updates run on different schedules. A manual catalog refresh does not immediately rescan every playlist. Coverage also depends on the playlist or chart being available to track.
For a missing entry, send Support the Songstats track URL, direct playlist or chart URL, the addition date or chart date, and a screenshot showing the track. For a chart, include its country, genre and position.
To add your new releases to a playlist automatically, use Playlist Sync; that is a separate feature from detecting playlist additions.
