Search your artist or label name, then check the platform links to confirm you found the right profile.
Using your phone? Open these settings in the Songstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
Use the search bar on Songstats. Open the artist or label result and check a familiar release and its linked platform profiles; artists with the same name can have separate catalogs.
If you cannot find your profile, contact Support with your name and official Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport or other supported platform URLs. Include the label name for a label request.
If there are duplicate profiles, send both Songstats URLs and identify the correct catalog. Do not subscribe to the wrong result simply because its name matches. For links on an existing profile, use Profile Settings → Channels.
